Visions For Vacancies: Bristol Park Plaza

Bristol Park Plaza

Bristol Park Plaza

Periodically, I’ll feature a commercial building, business or lot for lease and or for sale and ask you what you think would be the best use for it.

Forget what zone it’s in, ignore setback regulations, dump lot coverage rules and all the other zoning jargon that puts most people to sleep.

If you had your way, what would you like to see there? What would be the best use for the community?

This edition of Visions For Vacancies is Bristol Park Plaza.

The listing states: Bristol Park Plaza is an attractive retail/office complex with a total of 42,000 square feet. This three building center is one and two stories and includes tenants such as Family Dollar, Subway as well as other retail and restaurant establishments.

The currently available retail space was formerly occupied by CVS.

The center is ideally located in the downtown Bristol Business District and is situated on the CTfastrak line.

The new Bristol Hospital medical building will be built directly across the street.

All rental rates are negotiable.

So, what would you like to see there?

Tell me on the Bristol Roundup Facebook page.

Know of a vacant building I should highlight? Let me know!

Quick Note: Visions For Vacancies is only the featured name in this series of posts about commercial  properties and does not necessarily mean the highlighted property is vacant.
