The concert”Winter Wonderland” will take place December 11th at 4:00pm, St, Paul High School.
This diverse program will feature holiday favorites, such as Winter Wonderland, It’s Beginning to Look A lot like Christmas , Christmas Time Is Here (From Charlie Brown Christmas) and traditional pieces combined with the BBWE featuring Joy to the World & The Hallelujah Chorus.
The final concert program piece will combine The Chorale, Wind Ensemble and the haunting sounds of Bagpipes in a very powerful arrangement of “Amazing Grace”.

HARTFORD — A bill proposed by Connecticut Police Chiefs aims to prevent officer suicides. Under current law, officers who seek mental health treatment for stress or depression lose their gun permits, and as a result, their ability to work. Because of that stigma, they won’t seek help, which can put them at risk for suicide, hence this proposal that an exemption for police officers be added to the law.
