The Bristol Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a robbery suspect who was captured on the store’s video surveillance system.
On Monday Morning Marty’s Package Store located in Mafale’s Plaza at 47 Main St. in Bristol was robbed.
The suspect threatened the clerk with a knife and demanded money.
The clerk complied and no injuries were reported.
The suspect is described as a white male, late 20’s- early 30’s, 5’7”-6’ tall, slim build, possible facial hair, last seen wearing a blue fleece sweatshirt, khaki pants, brown boots, black gloves, and a grey knit cap.
The male fled the scene on foot, heading towards South St. Some items of evidence were recovered but the suspect remains at large.

TOLLAND — One person was injured in a crash Tuesday night in Tolland. Crews were called to Sugar Hill Road around 11 p.m. for a car that crashed into a tree.
