The Beekley Center for Breast Health and Wellness at Bristol Hospital announced the winner of its breast cancer awareness month pumpkin decorating contest on Friday. The contest took place during October and included 13 pumpkins decorated by Bristol Hospital staff.
The winning entry was designed by Radiology Technologist Jayne Baczewski, RT. (R), of the hospital’s Diagnostic Imaging Department. Baczewski’s winning entry was decorated with dozens of flamingos and was entitled “We’re Flocking Together to Find a Cure.” As part of her winning entry, Baczewski won a free pizza party for her department.
The second place entry was submitted by the hospital’s Facility Department and the third place winner was entered by Donna Morocco of the Bristol Hospital Multi-Specialty Group.
A special thank you to all the Bristol Hospital departments and employees who decorated a pumpkin for the contest.
