Visions For Vacancies: Former Mountain Mud Espresso

Former Mountain Mud Espresso in Burlington Commons

Periodically, I’ll feature a commercial building that is for lease or for sale and ask you to tell me what you think would be the best use for it.

Forget what zone it’s in, ignore setback regulations, dump lot coverage rules and all the other zoning jargon that puts most people to sleep. If you had your way, what would you like to see there?

What would be the best use for the community?

Today’s inaugural Visions For Vacancies Burlington is the former Mountain Mud Espresso.

The vacant space is located in a highly visible site at the intersection of Route 4 & 69 in Burlington Commons. The space is 1750sf with a drive-thru.

So, what would you like to see there?

Tell me on the Bristol Roundup Facebook page.

Know of a vacant building I should highlight? Let me know!
