The Edge Fitness Clubs announced it will expand its Greater Hartford presence in early Summer 2018 with the addition of a new club in Bristol at Bristol Farms Plaza.
The Bristol facility marks the 14th The Edge club currently in Connecticut and 19th in total. The move comes after the company recently launched its fifth location in the Greater Philadelphia market.
“The Greater Hartford area has been loyal to us since our inception, so we’re excited to announce our expansion into the city’s suburbs,” said Senior Vice President of New Club Openings & Management Development, Joe Moretti.
The Edge is a fitness escape for first-time gym goers and fitness enthusiasts alike.
With the most advanced and modern equipment, a large turf and sprint area, cutting-edge individual and group training and amenities (including a women’s-only area, Edge Strong team training, Edge Kids programming, vast array of free weights and machines, saunas, tanning, massage, Edge Café and Edge Cinema), there are a variety of membership options to consider.
Personal training, small group training, and group exercise classes like total body conditioning, kickboxing, spinning, Zumba, yoga, boot camp, Les Mills Body PumpTM and more are also offered.
For those interested in learning more about the Bristol location, the preview center will be located at 1235 Farmington Ave, Bristol, CT 06010.
Potential new members have the opportunity to walk through the club in virtual reality, learn more about club memberships, as well all the amenities they will have access to.
