Periodically, I’ll feature a commercial building that is for lease or for sale and asks you to tell me what you think would be the best use for it.
Forget what zone it’s in, ignore setback regulations, dump lot coverage rules and all the other zoning jargon that puts most people to sleep. If you had your way, what would you like to see there?
What would be the best use for the community?
Today’s Visions For Vacancies is the well-known and liked former Super Natural Deli building on North Main Street.
The business operated for almost four decades.
The sale includes all restaurant equipment in the price. Most of the equipment is new or nearly new.
The building was recently remodeled to serve as a modern hot spot for food, gathering and so much more.
The free-standing building is fully landscaped in a prime downtown location. The building is near City Hall, Fire Department, Police Department, Post Office, and the new Bristol Hospital building under construction.
The previous owner had a busy thriving business supported by much of Bristol and local downtown businesses.
The building is still completely set up as a restaurant /deli/grocery store and caterer.
The asking price is $1,300,000
So, what would you like to see there?
