Come celebrate “World Egg Day” on Friday, October 12, 2018, at 1PM with a cooking demonstration by John Finn, author of “The Perfect Omelet,” the definitive book on the iconic omelet, full of practical wisdom about omelets, cooking, and life.
John E. Finn is Professor Emeritus in the Department of Government at Wesleyan University, where he taught courses in constitutional theory and public law, as well as in cuisine and popular culture.
Copies of his book will be available for purchase.

At least 92 people in 29 states have been infected with a strain of multidrug-resistant salmonella after coming into contact with a variety of raw chicken products, the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said Wednesday. STORRS — UConn and IMG have announced a 15-year contract extension for licensing and multimedia rights to broadcast and promote Huskies athletics.
