Visions For Vacancies: Vacant Commercial Land on the Bristol Burlington Line

Vacant land Stafford Road in Burlington, CT

Periodically, I’ll feature a commercial building that is for lease or for sale and ask you to tell me what you think would be the best use for it.

Forget what zone it’s in, ignore setback regulations, dump lot coverage rules and all the other zoning jargon that puts most people to sleep. If you had your way, what would you like to see there?

What would be the best use for the community?

Today’s Visions For Vacancies Burlington is vacant land on the Bristol Burlington line.

The listing agenebt says “Located on Stafford Road in Burlington, CT, this 146 acre land is available for any of your needs. This undeveloped property sits nearby Lake Como and Lake Garda. It is located two miles north of Route 6 and the Bristol Farm Plaza Shopping Center which features a Home Depot, Shop Rite, LA Fitness, and more.”

The listing agent also provided some marketing material.

Agree?

So, what would you like to see there?

Tell me on the Bristol Roundup Facebook page.

Know of a vacant building I should highlight? Let me know!
