Discover Burlington: Special Section on The Roundup

The Elton Tavern on the Town Green in the center of Burlington

The Roundup is putting together a special section called ‘Discover Burlington!’, just in time for the holidays. It will highlight the history of Burlington and what it has to offer now. The Roundup is a popular weekly magazine covering central Connecticut news, Statewide news, National news, local events, commentary, and more. The site receives on average over 5,000 page views daily.

Consider it like an old-fashioned local radio station that knew how the town or area ticked.

The Roundup has over 5,700 subscriptions and a local social media following of over 100,000 readers across multiple social media sites, apps, pages, and groups.

The Roundup is also a proud member of WordPress. This affiliation offers readers more news from FOX 61 and CBS Connecticut on The Roundup.

This special section is great for local companies and organizations looking to get more eyeballs online to out of towners.

The special section will include sponsored articles & videos for $299. and traditional in-story ads.

Honestly, I love the sponsored stories. They are so shareable online and last forever. It is something great to add to your own website.

Sponsored articles are stories about your business, non-profit, organization and causes. Our staff will come to you so that we can write as accurate a portrayal of your local services as possible. You have full control over what the sponsored article will focus on.

Along with that, we will also, promote your story through social media sites during those thirty days. The page story link is yours to keep. You can include it on your website and use it for future marketing.

The Roundup is thankful The Burlington Chamber of Commerce and the Central CT Chambers are on board to help. As well as Region 10 and Town Hall.
